  Department Overview

  No. 4 Design Institute was established since the establishment of CSWADI. It has designed various quality works from Sanxingdui Museum to Sichuan Library, and also cultivated a wealth of experts in Southwest China. It is now an integrated design institute with outstanding works and technical experts. Its design centers on buildings, landscape and cities, and focuses on feasibility, sustainability and resilience in response to development; It intends to present rational and efficient technical engineering solution to the clients and building works full of human thinking and spirit of the time to the public. With the assistance of its rational, professional, dedicated and innovative design and technical service, No. 4 Design Institute rises to the opportunity and challenges given by the time in the development, attaches importance to building works and talents training, and proactively participates in the great reform in urban and rural environmental construction to explore the power and potential that a building can bring to the world.

  No. 4 Design Institute has extensive experience in the design of cultural expo buildings, educational buildings, office buildings, transportation buildings as well as residential and commercial complex.

  Sanxingdui Museum, Sichuan Museum, New Sichuan Library, campus of Chengdu No. 7 High School in High-tech District, Sichuan Broadcasting and TV Center, Xinhua News Office Building in Sichuan, Ruijin Hospital affiliated to Shanghai Jiaotong University School of Medicine, terminals T1 and T2 of Mianyang Airport, Chengdu Financial City, etc.
